How It Works

A Gift Card Confirmation Email containing the gift card purchase code will go directly to the recipient's inbox. They will use the gift code during checkout. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date the card is purchased.

Ways Out's Digital Gift Card

1. All Digital Gift Cards are issued by Ways Out Limited (“Ways Out”). 2. By purchasing a Digital Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions and Ways Out’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as may be amended or modified from time to time at Ways Out’s sole discretion. Your continued use of the Digital Gift Cards and/or Ways Out’s website after such amendments or modifications constitutes your acceptance of them. 3. Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be re-transferred or sold to third parties. 4. Digital Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. 5. Digital Gift Card will not be replaced or have the remaining balance refunded if it is lost or stolen. 6. Each time you use a Digital Gift Card for any payment, the amount of each purchase with applicable fees and charges will be immediately deducted from the card. 7. Unless otherwise specified, use of Digital Gift Card balance and all special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons will not be applicable in the purchase of Digital Gift Cards. 8. Payment for purchase of Digital Gift Card may only be in the currency of the Digital Gift Card balance. 9. Digital Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date the card is purchased. The expiry date of the card is stated in the confirmation email where the gift card code is provided. You are encouraged to spend the remaining balance in your Digital Gift Card before the card expiration date. 10. Ways Out shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of Ways Out’s Digital Gift Cards arising from acts and omissions of the user or any third party. 11. Subject to applicable law, Ways Out reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate these Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. 12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. 13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English or other language version of these Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
